Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive video content plan tailored for Facebook and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging video content showcasing our motorbike products, promotions, and brand.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends to incorporate relevant, creative ideas into the content.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with the video content creator and marketing, and other team members to ensure the timely completion of content.
  • Provide guidance and feedback during the content creation process.

Facebook and TikTok Ads:

  • Set up and manage ad campaigns for Facebook and TikTok.
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting to maximize reach and conversions.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ad performance.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, especially on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of video content creation and storytelling for social media.
  • Experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
