Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a female Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic skin care company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager and driving team performance to achieve our sales objectives

Key Responsibilities:

1- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and tactics

2- Supervise and coach a team of sales representatives

3- Monitor individual and team performance against targetss

4- Provide regular feedback and support to team members

5- Conduct product training sessions for the sales team

6- Manage customer relationships and handle escalated issues

7- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes

8- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities

Requirements:

1- 3+ years of experience in the skin care industry, preferably in a supervisory role

2- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

3- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

4- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

5- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite

6- Knowledge of skin care products and industry trends

7- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
