- Oversee and manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including product inventory tracking.
- Ensure proper control of inventory and perform physical counts and reconciliations.
- Record item inventory entries using computer systems.
- Track product sales (income) and business expenses accurately.
- Prepare monthly reports and supporting documentation for tax compliance.
- Perform other basic bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory tracking duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Accounting degree is mandatory.
- Experience in medical supplies, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or supermarket business is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and email communication.
- Experience using AI tools (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Honest and positive attitude.
