Roles & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive video content plan tailored for Facebook and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging video content showcasing our motorbike products, promotions, and brand.
- Stay up to date on social media trends to incorporate relevant, creative ideas into the content.
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the video content creator and marketing, and other team members to ensure the timely completion of content.
- Provide guidance and feedback during the content creation process.
Facebook and TikTok Ads:
- Set up and manage ad campaigns for Facebook and TikTok.
- Optimize ad spend and targeting to maximize reach and conversions.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ad performance.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, especially on Facebook and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of video content creation and storytelling for social media.
- Experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
