Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Participate in the development of client-focused marketing and communication strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance the company’s service offerings and client experience.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell trust services based on client requirements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., legal, operations, finance) to ensure the timely and effective provision of trust services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide clients with tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Monitor service quality and client satisfaction, and implement necessary improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the trustee or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning, and related financial services.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
