Job Description
- Experience of Off Plan / pre-construction sales
- Guiding customers through the buying process from reservation to completion, guided by our ‘customer journey’ process
- Maintaining great relationships with solicitors and financial advisers to achieve results in a timely fashion
- Assisting customers with decisions on Children’s Socolate options etc
- Meeting and greeting potential purchasers
- Demonstrating new homes
- Reporting on sales against targets to the Field Sales Supervisor
- Recording visitors and producing visitor reports
