Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

2- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals

3- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

4- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

5- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management

6- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies

7- Conduct sales training and development programs for team members

8- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

 

Requirements:

1- 5+ years of management experience in the skin care or cosmetic industry

2- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

3- Strong leadership and team management skills

4- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

5- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite

6- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
