Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and execution of sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating key relationships, and overseeing the implementation of sales campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team (coaching, training, performance feedback).
  • Set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews, and motivate team members.
  • Oversee sales operations (processes, CRM management, reporting).
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales policies and procedure.
  • Overall bank business management together make a smooth communication between all Branches and Head Office.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Law or related fields.
  • Obtained high/medium level of English Proficiency in both writing and speaking skill.
  • Positive mental attitude, enthusiasm team player, self-motivated and resourceful, willingness to work both independently and team work.
  • Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command in spoken and written English is required, Korean Language is a plus
  • Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
