Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good service to customer and be a role model to other staff tellers in term of customer satisfaction
  • Tackling all issues related with operation work and make sure all problems are solved in the legal and professional manner
  • Maintaining all banking operation work running smoothly
  • Mainly focus on Korean customers
  • Act as facilitator to ensure smooth banking operation of Korean customers Other assigned tasks by Branch Manager
  • Other assigned tasks by Management

Minimum Requirement:

  • Fluently in Korean for local candidates
  • Female Korean is a plus
  • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related fields
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Good command in spoken and written English is required
  • Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
