Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing with outsourced maintenance/construction company for providing office good environment.
• Responsible for managing on outsourced security company for provide security manner to customers, employees and protect the property of the entire bank.
• Responsible for managing with outsourced company for office security system and safety of the entire bank.
• Responsible for managing on outsourced companies to provide best service and quality to bank.
• Responsible for performing other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
• Three years working experience as related to general affairs
• Willing to work under pressure and having team work spirit
• Good command in spoken and written English or Korean is required (Korean language is a plus)
• Having Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
