Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good service to customer and be a role model to other staff tellers in term of customer satisfaction
- Tackling all issues related with operation work and make sure all problems are solved in the legal and professional manner
- Maintaining all banking operation work running smoothly
- Mainly focus on Korean customers
- Act as facilitator to ensure smooth banking operation of Korean customers Other assigned tasks by Branch Manager
- Other assigned tasks by Management
Minimum Requirement:
- Fluently in Korean for local candidates
- Female Korean is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related fields
- Be able to work under pressure
- Good command in spoken and written English is required
- Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
