Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall Bank’s whole Business Planning and management support.
• Short term and long term planning.
• Monitoring Strategy execution.
• Support CEO Communication and promoting keys strategic direction.
• Business Management associate with data analysis, research and benchmarking.
• Organize and support on BoD, Committees and related meetings and events.
• Business channel strategy development and monitoring.
• Channel performance evaluation & management (KPI Management).
• Preparation of related reports and requirement documents (NBC etc.).

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields.
• Understand and familiar with administration work.
• Positive mental attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and team work.
• Good command in spoken and written English is required.
• Able to use Korean language is an advance.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Advance Excel and Power BI etc.
