Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash transactions
- Handle account opening/closing/outward remittance transactions
- Cash and cheque deposit/withdrawal transactions
- Money counterfeit notice
- Promote banking products
- Deliver customers with effective and efficient banking products and services.
- Ensure proper data entries and transactions of products and services in which provided to customers
- Other tasks assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience of relevant field in customer services or frontline will be an advantage
- Ability to process cash transaction accurately
- Good communication , planning, and problem solving skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Korean is required
- Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
