Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle all cash transactions
• Handle account opening/closing/outward remittance transactions
• Cash and cheque deposit/withdrawal transactions
• Money counterfeit notice
• Promote banking products
• Deliver customers with effective and efficient banking products and services.
• Ensure proper data entries and transactions of products and services in which provided to customers
• Other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience of relevant field in customer services or frontline will be an advantage
• Ability to process cash transaction accurately
• Good communication , planning, and problem solving skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Korean is required
• Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
