4. Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about pest control services and products, ensuring the team is well-versed.
– Train sales representatives to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

5. Quota Management:
– Set realistic sales targets and monitor team progress.
– Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and ensure targets are met.

6. Proposal Development:
– Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals that address client needs.
– Ensure proposals are aligned with company pricing and policies.

7. Customer Satisfaction:
– Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives to maintain high levels of client retention.
– Address customer concerns and work towards solutions in a timely manner.

8. Reporting:
– Generate regular sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

9. Regulatory Compliance:
– Ensure the team adheres to all industry regulations and company policies.
– Stay informed about changes in pest control regulations and update the team accordingly.

10. Market Expansion:
– Explore opportunities for market expansion and collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pest control industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of pest control products, services, and industry regulations.
– Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
