Job Description

Summary:
The role of Sales Executive reports to the Business development Manager and is responsible for providing to assistant sales team to do all transactions into system and dealing with client, production, project delivery, finance and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes all guests
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  •  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Work and plan to reach Monthly, Quarter and yearly Sale target.
  • Attend Networking, Event to generate lead.
  • Outdoor activity to find new project and lead.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Maintaining customer relationship.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for management team, Group and Independent.
  • Any tasks assigns by management.

 

  • ORDERING
    ‐ Did Purchase order to supplier/production when project award and report to head‘s project.
    ‐ Issue and work with Finance Team about Invoice; Quote after project award (Supplier /Client).
    ‐ Manage project to follow schedule and proper delivery and handing over to client.
    ‐ Follow up with site manager to manage schedule and timeline for delivering the product to the clients
    ‐ Follow up suppliers to deliver products on time and receive the properly invoice from them
    ‐ Negotiate with suppliers regarding credit term and invoice with supplier
    ‐ Producing & Deliver letters, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
    ‐ Produce and maintain files, distribute copies to other departments and suppliers or production.
    ‐ Maintain Inventory and Keep stock and order materials and stationery used by Biz Team.

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates ‐‐ Providing information to supervisors, co‐ workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e‐mail, or in person.
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others ‐‐ Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge ‐‐ Keeping up‐to‐date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
Processing Information ‐‐ Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.

Reporting
– Provide monthly sales report and submit to management team.
– Provide monthly PO report and submit to finance team.
